Insurance & Payment

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file insurance claims with most insurance companies. 

Currently, we are in-network providers for Delta Dental Premier. We will still submit claims on your behalf to out of network insurance complanies. We do not participate nor file with Medicare, Medicaid, or any discount dental plans.

To confirm we participate with your insurance policy, please call the member services phone number provided with your policy. You may also inquire about out of network coverage.

All estimated co-payments will be due at the time services are rendered. Any remaining balance not paid by your insurance company will be billed to you at the end of each month. Insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for all fees if the insurance company denies benefits.
